Between May 2008 and August 31 2010, 45,770 unique users visited http://www.bealandscapearchitect.com/, with site traffic increasing 33 per cent year-on-year during this period. There was also a 17 per cent increase in student applications for LI accredited courses between 2007 and 2009.
To continue to promote awareness of the profession, the LI launched an educational toolkit on 22 June aimed at practitioners who work with young people. It is the first in a series of toolkits that the LI has planned for release in the future. The toolkit School Career Talks for 15–18 year olds can be downloaded here.
