    Log in essentials

    Your login details for My LI Dashboard are

    • the email that the LI uses to communicate with you
    • the password that you have set

    Use a full email address and your password to log in to My LI. If you only enter a partial email address, or don’t enter a password, the ‘Log in’ button won’t work.

    You’ll see green ticks next to the login fields when you have entered a full email address and a password. When both green ticks are showing, the ‘Log in’ button will work.

    Troubleshooting

    If you enter an email address which doesn’t match an existing My LI account, you’ll get an error message saying that no account exists for that email address. In that case, re-enter the email address to check that you typed it correctly. If you still get the error, check a recent email from the LI to confirm your login email address and then use that.

    If you get an error message saying that your email address and password do not match, try re-typing your password. If that doesn’t work, you can reset your password using the ‘Forgot your password’ link at the bottom of the sign in form.
