The difference between My LI Dashboard for LI members and non-members
The My LI Dashboard is tailored to you. If you are a current LI member, your dashboard should look like this:
If you are not a current LI member, you will see a more limited set of options and your dashboard should look like this:
Troubleshooting
If you are a current LI member but are seeing the non-member dashboard, it will normally be because you have logged in with an email address which is not the same as the one which the LI uses to communicate with you (and which is linked to your membership details). You have a few options:
- Try logging in again, using the email that LI uses to communicate with you. If you’re not sure, look for a recent email from the LI to see what that is.
- Contact the LI Membership team and ask them to change your main email address to the one that you want to use on My LI. Once they have updated it, you should be able to log in and see the correct LI Member options.
