If you are not a current LI member
If you’re not a current LI member, you can create a My LI online account by clicking on the ‘Sign up’ button on the My LI login page:
This will take you to the ‘Sign up’ page where you can enter your details to create a non-member account.
In some cases, for example if you are a past LI member, you’ll get an error message saying that a user with that email address is already registered. If that’s the case, click the ‘Login’ button and try logging in with your email address. If you can’t remember your password, you can reset it using the ‘Forgot your password’ link at the bottom of the login form.
If you are a current LI member
If you are a current LI member, you should not need to create a new My LI account. Instead, log in using the email that the LI uses to communicate with you and your LI password. If you can’t remember your password, you can reset it using the ‘Forgot your password’ link at the bottom of the login form.
Your LI member details – and thus your tailored Dashboard experience – are linked to your email address, so you’ll need to log in using the correct email address in order to be recognised as an LI member.
