Thinking of applying for fellowship or academic fellowship this year?

Fellowship and Academic Fellowship of the Landscape Institute celebrates senior and influential members, recognising their talent, expertise and particular contribution to landscape architecture.

“The annual deadline has been introduced this year,” said Fellowship Admissions Board chair John Stuart Murray FLI. “Senior members often say they are interested in Fellowship – it’s an honour from the profession – but we all lead busy lives, particularly when you head up a practice or department, or are leading on complex projects or research.”

“Making the applications an annual process gives members a deadline. It also means we have the opportunity to celebrate the contributions of leading professionals at the LI awards each November.”

Recently elected Fellows include Paul Best, Keith Rowe, Irene Shaw and Bob Branson. Eckart Lange became the LI’s first Academic Fellow in 2011 and former director of CABE Sarah Gaventa recently became an Honorary Fellow.
