Become a Pathway to Chartership supervisor
The Landscape Institute is looking to recruit supervisors to give candidates on the Pathway to Chartership the supporty they need.
Being a P2C supervisor provides an opportunity to use your professional knowledge and talent to guide candidates and mentors. Supervisors consider candidate progress, mentor comments and support, and provide valuable, objective feedback to help keep candidates focused on their development.
Supervisors communicate with mentors and candidates through the Pathway online system. Contact time is over an estimated two-week period once every three months. They are expected to have at least five years' experience at CMLI level.
P2C supervisors make an important and valued contribution to the work of the Landscape Institute. In return supervisors can gain excellent CPD, and for those with an ambition to become a Fellow of the Landscape Institute, supervisor experience will strengthen your application. We will also pay supervisors £250 per quarter on the basis of a portfolio of 20 candidates, plus a £400 annual development and retention fee.
