Construction skills is offering subsidised training for women who wish to become the leaders and managers of the future.
The Women and Work Programme is part of a £25m government investment for the training and development of women, across a range of industries. Two courses are on offer, a three-day foundation course aimed at women who are relatively new to the industry and would benefit from having an overview of the construction industry and the key drivers, and a five-day course in leadership and management for practicing or aspiring managers.
To qualify, you will need to be in work and have the full support of your employer. Places are still available on courses running in November, January and February.
