Play a part in developing the knowledge of fellow landscape architects

The focus of the day will be on technical skills, updates, practical tools and knowledge. Sessions will be practical and informative – delivering knowledge delegates can take away and apply in their professional lives.

The LI is interested in hearing from practitioners who can offer training on any topic, but are particularly interested in the following areas:

  • SUDs and flood risk
  • Climate change and carbon reduction
  • Localism
  • Legislation updates
  • Fees
  • Budget control and effective tendering
  • Photomontage and GLVIA.

The closing date for expressions of interest is Monday 19 June.

Trainers will be paid a flat fee of £250 for which they may be asked to deliver up to two one-hour training sessions during the day. They may also be asked to host a drop-in surgery on their topic.

If you’re interested in taking part, please contact Sue Beard or Alex Byrne at the LI Secretariat for further information.

An expression of interest form and further information can also be downloaded here
