Online Journal wins award
The prestigious awards, run by the British Association of Communicators in Business, aim to recognise high levels of professional attainment, dedication and consistent achievement. They were presented at a ceremony at London’s Sheraton Hotel.
Joe, who before training in web design, edited the print publication Landscape, said: “The website is a reflection of the creativity of the Landscape Institute and its members and I try to keep that in mind all the time. It’s a great site that I enjoy working on and this award really is the icing on the cake.”
Alastair McCapra, chief executive of the Landscape Institute, added: “We’re delighted with Joe’s success and believe it demonstrates our commitment to communicating effectively. Even though the website looks great, we are still planning to make further improvements to take into account suggestions made by members.”
