The Landscape Institute will hold its 2020 Annual General Meeting (AGM) virtually on Thursday 4 February 2021
In light of the challenging circumstances that prohibited in-person meetings last year, the Landscape Institute will hold its 2020 Annual General Meeting (AGM) virtually at 5.00pm on Thursday 4 February 2021.
Copies of the notice and agenda are available in the LI members’ area. As 2020-21 has already been a year of significant challenge, supplementary information has also been provided to update members on the LI’s mid-year financial performance.
Those who wish to attend the virtual meeting may register attendance in advance via Eventbrite. Members are very welcome to submit questions in advance: if you wish to do so, please contact email@example.com.
Who can attend?
All corporate LI members (Chartered Members, Fellows, Associates, Academic Fellows and Academic Members) may attend and speak at the meeting and vote on the motions. (See below.)
Non-corporate members are not eligible to vote, but are very welcome to both attend and speak at the meeting.

Formal notice of the AGM went to all members on Monday 11 January 2021. If you are a corporate member, your notice will include voting instructions and a link to the voting website, where you can record your vote or appoint a proxy in advance of the meeting.
