Vacancies for an Education Development Officer, a Membership Development Oficer and an Events Executive
The Landscape Institute is looking to appoint three new members of staff: an education development officer, a membership development operator and an events executive.
Education Development Officer
Inspire and recruit the next generation of landscape architects through careers marketing and events, be the main education contact and support for universities running accredited landscape courses, professional review groups that support universities, education and CPD committee and panels, support and monitor the Continuing Professional Development of our members.
Membership Development Officer
Drive membership expansion. Develop, deliver and monitor the membership strategy for both within and outside of the UK, produce membership materials, market the LI and its Pathway to Chartership, engage related organisations and professionals to promote membership of the LI.
Handle events admin (planning, organisation, support, delivery and feedback), manage events database and mailing systems, also responsible for some cross-organisational admin support.
As well as degree level education and excellent written and spoken English, you’ll need a proven ability to be proactive, a self-starter, a true team player and have a passion for what the Landscape Institute aims to achieve. PC literate, with an excellent working knowledge of Word and Excel, you’re well-organised, have lots of energy, a can-do attitude and exceptionally motivated and know when to employ tact and discretion.
