Knowledge Base goes live
Knowledge Base brings together technical documents, articles, FAQs and online tools in an easily searchable database. No more fruitless Googling – the Knowledge Base is devoted entirely to technical information for landscape architects.
Covering a wide range of landscape subject areas from contracts and planning, to planting and design, the database will be continually updated with new material.
“The scope is primarily technical at present,” says Lesley Malone from the Landscape Institute. “But in future its coverage will expand into policy, research, business management and other areas. Any suggestions for new additions are always welcome – the more members help build the Knowledge Base, the more useful it will be.”
The Knowledge Base is a major new addition to the LI’s range of online knowledge resources, which includes the popular Talking Landscape Knowledge Forum and the case studies library. The service is accessible only to LI members, via the members’ section of the LI website, click here.
