Members’ feedback to be used in latest edition of GLVIA
The new revised edition of the Guidelines for Landscape and Visual Impact Assessment (GLVIA) is being published jointly by the Landscape Institute and IEMA members are invited to comment on content.
The “blue book” will be written by Professor Carys Swanwick and is due for publication in 2012. It has become the established guidance on good practice in carrying out landscape and visual impact assessments of developments.
The online survey aims to collate feedback from members, which will prove useful in adding changes. Most useful will be those who use the guide regularly and have a good understanding of its current positive points and possible areas for expansion.
The consultation will close on Friday 10th December.
