Entries now open for BALI awards

BALI (the British Association of Landscape Industries) is now inviting entries for its annual awards. The BALI National Landscape Awards were first introduced in 1976 and are held annually to recognise BALI members who have demonstrated exceptionally high standards of professionalism and skill in the execution of a wide variety of landscaped schemes.

The Awards are open to BALI Registered members and are run in association with Horticulture Week.

In 2010 BALI’s Board of Directors announced that the Association’s prestigious BALI National Landscape Awards event will be in association with Horticulture Week, the leading business weekly title for the professional horticulture community.

The awards cover the following categories:
Domestic garden construction;
• Soft landscaping construction (non-domestic);
• Hard landscaping construction (non-domestic);
• Community and schools development;
• Restoration and regeneration scheme;
• Grounds maintenance;
• BALI registered contractors and registered designers joint submission;
• Sports grounds and leisure facilities, and several others.

Full details can be found on their website.
