LI members urged to share favourite London landscapes
With the Landscape Institute taking part in Open House London for the fifth year running, members are invited to showcase their favourite landscape projects. This year’s Open House London takes place between 19-20 September, and the deadline for applications is 31 May.
Projects featured in the past include the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, Oxford Circus, Camden High Street, Bloomsbury squares, Clapham Old Town and Fulham Palace Gardens.
Whether it is your own project or a landscape that inspires you, LI members and practices are invited to conduct guided tours of the remarkable landscapes they love and would like to share.
The organisers said, 'As part of this capital-wide initiative, Open-City are once again delighted to be working with the Landscape Institute to present and celebrate the most innovative and contemporary landscape projects in this world-class city. Last year, our programme included more than 80 projects with landscape, public realm and green space at their heart and we are inviting submissions of interest from across the profession.'
If you are interested in having your project featured this year please contact Siobhan Kneale on 0207 383 2131 or firstname.lastname@example.org
