Tony Juniper to give keynote address at CIEEM spring event
Booking is open for the Chartered Institute of Ecology and Environmental Management (CIEEM) spring conference on the subject of ‘mainstreaming biodiversity into future cities’.
This year’s keynote speaker will be environmentalist and campaigner Tony Juniper, who will talk on ‘conserving the people – why we need biodiversity in our towns and cities’.
Other topics will include Natureparif’s work in France; implementing the BREEAM ecology framework; storm-water management; green walls; and case studies of London’s Elephant Park and Woodberry Wetlands.
