Make a difference – become a Technician Member of the LI

This year saw the launch of our Experienced Route to Technician with the E2T50 project – this elite group of 50 – our E2T50, are the very first LI Technician members

The route offered a fully supported programme from application to assessment including advice and guidance, training and assessment preparation, free Affiliate membership with all associated member benefits including free access to our LI Campus learning resource.

The first 16 passed their exams this July and we’re currently supporting the 2nd cohort through their studies. We are working with this group to develop case studies, seek feedback, promote this grade of membership and as Technician Ambassadors.

We expect to launch the route fully next year so keep an eye out for applications opening. If you’re interested in talking to someone in the meantime about the TMLI grade of membership and whether it’s the right route for you, do get in touch with the membership team at membership@landscapeinstitute.org.

How much will it cost?

There is no cost for the initial application.

The assessment cost is £373 (Due following a successful application)

This includes training, Affiliate membership of the LI whilst preparing for assessment and the written submissions, presentation and exam.

Once elected a Technician member the annual membership fee is £250.
