As the President of the Landscape Institute, Jane Findlay recognises the challenges that the modern landscape professional faces, not only with the complexities of today’s environmental issues, but also the commercial reality of managing a business and maintaining high levels of performance.

In her new future-focused agenda, Jane wants to see professionals across the built and natural environment sectors strike a better balance between people, place and nature like the landscape profession always seeks to do. She has has set out six key pillars to support her vision. One of these pillars is to support businesses better, from small practices to teams within large organisations, and alongside her plan to build a strong and supportive Landscape Institute, we are now taking the first steps towards supporting our members with a range of bespoke training courses designed to help you to win more business, create the necessary building blocks for growth and build winning teams.
