Alastair leads the LI staff team with management responsibility for the Institute’s resources and oversight of its activities. He supports and advises Honorary Officers and Council on strategic matters, and liaises with stakeholders and partner organisations on public affairs and media exposure. |

Yvonne provides administrative and project support to the President and Chief Executive, and manages their diaries. She is also responsible for LI staff HR matters. |

Facilities and Governance Officer Claire Jeffs ClaireJ@landscapeinstitute.org
Claire is responsible for supporting Council and the Board of Trustees, administering the AGM and Institute elections, maintaining the Register of Practices database, liaising with the Institute’s branches, office management, and advising on governance issues. |

Finance Assistant (part-time) Ellen Kyriacou
Ellen looks after day to day finances and is responsible for sales ledger, invoicing, receipts, banking and bank reconciliation, and sending monthly statements to customers. She also liaises with the LI's auditors and management accountants. |

Policy and Public Affairs Officer Stephen Russell StephenR@landscapeinstitute.org
Stephen develops policy statements and responds to national consultations on behalf of the landscape profession. His work raises the profile of the LI and the profession with ministers and key government departments, as well as with agencies and other professional bodies. |

Events and Competitions Officer Sabina Mohideen SabinaM@landscapeinstitute.org Sabina organises the Institute's major events including the annual LI awards, coordinating the judging of the entries and the awards ceremony, as well as seminars, lectures and trade events. She also manages design competitions run by the LI and on behalf of other organisations. |

Head of Knowledge Services Lesley Malone LesleyM@landscapeinstitute.org Lesley leads on developing the LI's knowledge resources and technical information services, with responsibility for the structure and content of the LI's online resources, co-ordination of technical publications and guidance, and management of the library and archive. |

Head of IT and Recruitment Advertising Jim Riches
Jim manages and develops the Institute's online services and communications, and is responsible for network administration and IT support to the staff team and LI branches. He also manages the LI's online recruitment advertising and publications sales. |

Education and Membership |

Director of Education and Membership Sue Beard Sue has overall responsibility for the LI’s education and membership policy, including course accreditation, examinations, careers and CPD. She works closely with educational partners, and advises within the Institute on education and membership issues. |

Head of Professional Development Alex Byrne
Alex leads on post-qualification education for the landscape profession, and is responsible for the administration and development of the Pathway to Chartership. She supports mentors and candidates and manages CPD (Continuing Professional Development) services. |

Education and Careers Executive Steve Cole
Steve's role is to encourage the take up of landscape architecture as a career, developing initiatives to promote the profession and giving advice and information to potential entrants. He also coordinates the LI’s accreditation of university courses. |

Membership Executive Jac Harris Jac is responsible for the LI’s membership processes and procedures, including membership applications and renewals, database management, and subscription payments. He also manages LI Registered Practices registration and renewal processes. |

Membership Assistant Andrew Jones AndrewJ@landscapeinstitute.org
Andrew assists in providing advice and guidance on membership and subscriptions for current members and those who wish to join the LI. He processes applications for membership, and ensures that the LI’s membership data is accurate. |
