This progressive 20 strong design and business consultancy are looking for a specialist Landscape Architect; the practice is multidisciplinary and run by an enthusiastic and forward thinking team of directors.
They have a very diverse portfolio of clients in both the public and private sectors; with their input beginning at an early and strategic stage in any project. The specialist environmental team deal with a wide range of projects but with a specialist focus and expertise in minerals, waste and renewables; this includes design, restoration and after use, LVIA, character assessment, EIA and design.
This Landscape Architect job is very niche. You'll be working almost exclusively within the environmental team as about a third of their work is based in this sector; the candidate must demonstrate a background and understanding in this sector.
Further emphasis will be placed on you to develop a management role. The job would be prefect for a person that enjoys this type of work and wants to develop their career, utilise and build their knowledge and work within a great team. Research, analytical and reporting skills are vital as well as a commercial outlook and a high standard of graphics.
You will have to be Microstation/AutoCAD proficient, have an analytical mind and be a very structured in your approach to design methodology and reports.
