6th August 2008
Last year Landscape Architecture featured in the London Open House Weekend for the first time. LASE volunteers led two walking tours that were completely sold out and attended mainly by members of the public eager to know more about our profession and London open spaces.
In preparation for the London Open House Weekend / Landscape Walks (20-21 September) Landscape Institute London Branch are holding a preview walk on 5 September at 6:30pm, ending at Tate Modern approximately 8:00pm.
Meet at Southbank Centre Square, Belvedere Road SE1 8XX (Royal Festival Hall) at 6:30pm
Additionally, if you are interested in volunteering two hours of your time for our landscape walks during the London Open House Weekend, you will receive a printed programme and badge enabling you to go to the front
of the queue at participating buildings, any time during the weekend.
