International Conceptual Design Competition for 5•12 Sichuan Earthquake Memorial Landscape

A massive 8.0-magnitude earthquake hit Sichuan Province on 12 May 2008.
Landscape Architecture is launching an International Conceptual Design Competition for the 5•12 Sichuan Earthquake Memorial Landscape to commemorate the earthquake victims.
This competition is intended to explore the relationship between humans and nature, to seek the meaning of life and to honor the earthquake victims.
