Martin McLaren Horticultural Scholarship & Garden Club of America Interchange Fellowship

There is still time to apply for this exchange scholarship, which is sponsored by the Martin McLaren Memorial Trust and the Garden Club of America, and is now administered and part-funded in the UK by the Royal Horticultural Society.
The scholarship enables a British graduate to attend the first year of a Master's course at an American University to undertake post-graduate studies in fields related to landscape architecture, environmental studies, horticulture and botany.
In recent years subjects for study have included computer garden design at Ohio University, Soil Science at the University of Kentucky and landscape architecture at the University of Massachusetts.
Applications, accompanied by references, must be returned to the RHS by 15 November.
