Annual General Meeting Notice

To all Landscape Institute Members

You are hereby invited to the Annual General Meeting of the Landscape Institute to be held on Monday 29 October 2007 at 4 pm in Manchester, at the Cordingley Lecture Theatre, University Of Manchester, School Of Architecture,Humanities Bridgeford Street Building, Oxford Road, Manchester,M13 9PL. Honorary, Associate, Student and Subscriber members of the Institute are reminded that they are welcome to attend and speak at the meeting but as non-Corporate members they are not eligible to vote.

1. Apologies for absence
2. To approve the Minutes of the Annual General Meeting held 30 October 2006
3. Matters arising from item 2
4. To adopt the Annual Report, including the President’s Report for the year ended 30 June 2007, and the Honorary Treasurer’s report for the year ended 31 March 2007.
5. To adopt the Report on the composition of Council for the year beginning 1 July 2007
6. To re-appoint Gotham Erskine as Auditors

Please note that the Annual Report and all meeting papers will be available in the members section of the Landscape Institute website from 15 October 2007.
