Housing dominates the Prime Minister's parliamentary agenda

Housing is to dominate Gordon Brown's agenda for the next year.
In a speech to Parliament the Prime Minister announced plans for more affordable housing, with the construction of three million new homes by 2020, using unused brownfield sites.
