This afternoon seminar, led by Colin Moore MLI, will focus on the new JCLI contracts, and the duties of Contract Administrators, Contractors and Clients using the contract.
Colin has recently completed the revisions to the JCLI contracts, and is an experienced Contract Administrator, having worked on a wide range of landscape construction and maintenance contracts in the UK and Middle East. Colin advises the Institute on Contract and CDM related issues, and answers Members queries through the LI.
