The freephone number, set up by Russell-Cooke LLP, gives access to up to 20 minutes of no-obligation advice on a range of relevant issues. These include:
- Advising on business structure and business models
- Property issues – leases
- Preparation of partnership, LLP and shareholders’ agreements
- Employment contract disputes and policy issues
- Advising on litigation disputes and recovery of fees
- Issues with contracts and terms of business
- Criminal law
- Intellectual property issues
- Tax, inheritance and family law
