Government offers training cash
Landscape practices can now take advantage of new Government support to develop the skills of their staff.
The Train to Gain scheme is now offering opportunities for owners and managers of organisations with between 5 and 250 employees to receive an in-depth skills analysis, plus £1,000 in grant support towards leadership and management skills.
Train o Gain is the Government’s national skills service and is designed to encourage all businesses and individuals to value and realise the benefits that learning and skills can bring – unlocking employees’ potential and increasing company productivity in the process.
