A consultation draft of the third edition of the Guidelines for Landscape and Visual Impact Assessment (GLVIA) will be available for LI members to review for four weeks from 15 February 2012...
The new guidance has been drafted by Carys Swanwick, Professor of Landscape at Sheffield University.
The ‘blue book’, last published in 2002, has been extensively updated to reflect current landscape thinking and practice, as well as developments in the policy context and statutory framework.
The text will be available on the LI website from 15 February, together with an online questionnaire for feedback. An email with further details and the relevant links will be sent to all members nearer the time.
The consultation will run for four weeks until mid-March, and the new edition of the guidance will be published later in the year.
Hello!
How do I find the text on the LI website
Thanks
Jan
Excellent shall look forward to reading this as soon as is available.
Now that it’s 15th, where can I access this document on LI website?
LI, thank you for further info and pdf consultation document.
Would it be possible to receive a document version of the whole questionaire response form to get the full picture of questions before completing the online version.
This may help with getting an overview of all your questions as we read the main document.
Thank you
Anne
