Return your form by 7 July
Do you care about the future direction of the Institute? This is your chance to have your say on making your professional body broader and more democratic. Members are encouraged to vote on motions to update the governance arrangements of the Landscape Institute.
You can vote in person at the EGM, which will now take place on 14 July (6-8pm at Charles Darwin House, 12 Roger Street, London WC1N 2JU) OR complete the proxy voting form included with the booklet sent out with the latest issue of Landscape.
Alternatively, you can either nominate the Chair of the EGM to cast your proxy for you or you can give your proxy to another Chartered member who will be attending the EGM.
The deadline for returning proxy forms to the Landscape Institute is 5pm on 7 July 2015.
In the spirit of making sure the Institute is as democratic as it can be, we are keen that voting reflect the wishes of as large a group of members as possible, so we urge you to vote. The Board’s recommendation is that members vote for each motion.
