Archive
The Landscape Institute Archive has been expanding over the past ten years; we hold:
- Landscape Institute papers (bound copies of council minutes, original constitution, code of conduct and similar publications)
- Drawings, illustrations, photos, slides and related papers of Geoffrey Jellicoe, Susan Jellicoe, Sylvia Crowe, Brenda Colvin, Peter Youngman, Michael Brown, Peter Shepheard, Marion Thompson, Martin Jones, Cliff Tandy, and John St. Bodfan Gruffydd
This collection is currently being catalogued and is available online.
- Prefaces to those collections already catalogued include: Geoffrey Jellicoe, Sylvia Crowe and Michael Brown.
- We are keen to ensure the preservation and accessibility of Landscape Architects work as part of the proactive expansion of our collection

Over the past ten years the material held in the LI archives has been used for academic research, current and speculative landscape projects, exhibitions, television, films, books and other publications; requests have come from members, researchers, publishers in the UK, mainland Europe, United States, and Australasia.
- The archive is located within the library; access to archive material is by appointment only (Mondays and Tuesdays. Please email enquiries to: annabeld@landscapeinstitute.org
