Application for Registration as a Landscape Practice or Group

Please complete the form below to register your practice or group with the Landscape Institute. Once completed the form can be printed out and sent to us along with a copy of your professional indemnity insurance and a cheque according to the pro rata price index (pdf 36Kb), made payable to Landscape Services Ltd. The yearly cost of practice registration for 2008 is £195 + VAT = £229.12. Once registered your practice will be listed on our website and in the Landscape Journal.
